2018 Brut Rosé

The wonderful 2018 Brut Rosé from Lundeen comes from 100% Pinot Noir fruit, where 90% of the fruit was slowly pressed off the skins while 10% was fermented on the skins for 7 days to blend with the base wine. A stunning light red color that reminds me of a Taval Rosé, this wine was also all hand disgorged. Essence of fresh raspberries, toasted biscuits, yellow apple, and white peach flavors and aromas combine gracefully in the glass. A lovely stone fruit an brioche note finish the wine. 50 cases made.
